Follow these installation steps sequentially:

• Step1 : Go to My Files directory, look for Device storage directory and click on that directory . Look for Download folder and open it then click on app-dev-release.apk.
• Step2 : A popup will be appear istall blocked which saying that "For security , Your phone is set to block installation of apps obtained from unknown sources" . This popup have two button Cancel and Setting click on Setting button.
• Step3 : It will open Securities options list screen, you sould check unknown sources checkbox.
• Step4 : After checking unknown sources , it open a popup Unknown Sources which saying "Installing from unknown sources may be harmful to your device and personal data.By tapping OK, you agree that you are solely responsible for any demage to your device or loss of data that may result from using these applications." check the Allow this installation only and click Ok
• Step5 : After clicking OK a confirmation screen will be appear which saying "Do you want to install this application? it will get access to " PRIVACY and DEVICE ACCESS .This screen have two button cancel and install . try to click on install button. the istallation process will be start and wait for installation.
• Step6 : After completing the installation process look for Home screen the ieng icon will be there. Your ITSM mobile application is succussfully installed . Enjoy...
